We are stuck in a never ending nightmare. NIGHTMARE! Leila started getting sick again today. They don't know whats wrong yet. She is going up on her ventilator rate and oxygen. Practitioner suspects infection, possibly pneumonia.
She just came off antibiotics yesterday (I think) and she just started getting fed again today after doing so well through surgery. I am at wits end trying to reason with doctors, nurses and managment on how to prevent so much infection.
Amie and I are losing our minds.
God said he wouldn't put more on us than we can handle? I'm looking for that passage. Probably have it out of context.

ReplyDeleteI just got to check in after the weekend. completely missed yesterday. While I was catching up I was smiling so big looking at the pictures and reading that they were both doing so well. Then I get to this one. I'm so sorry. I keep praying for all of you. I know it has to be so tough but hang in there, both babies have made progress and we have to keep that at the for front. Leila has already proved she is a fighter so she will beat this.
